Please read carefully the following terms and conditions of use before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Shipping Timeframes & Charges

We will ship your order with one of our shipping providers, whichever is quickest and most cost effective.Depending upon where you reside, shipping options, and weather conditions you will generally receive your orderwithin 1-10 business days.

Some orders may be considered extra small or extra large, heavy or bulk and may qualify for shipment via different provider in that case our representatives will contact you for these shipping costs.

NOTE:

Cost of shipping your order is less than standard FedEx rates. Truck rates also available. We charge 2% handling fee from the total cost of the purchase. We usually ship on the next day from the order placement and payment verification.

Purchase Orders

Orders from all kinds of businesses and institutions are accepted. All Purchase Orders are verified and confirmed with the appropriate purchasing departments. Original Purchase Order is required with an authorized signature, and an itemized equipment list indicating the items by Exhibit Concepts, Inc. codes. We reserve the right to refuse any Purchase Orders not conforming to our policies. Please call our representatives for assistance prior to placing an order with a Purchase Order.

Return Policy

Original invoice must be part of the returns. Special orders or Custom Orders may not be returned. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped please contact our representatives at 386 341 1301 within 1 business day from delivery.

Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for refund to be applied to the credit card used forthe original purchase or for replacement of the damaged item by a new one. There is a 15% restocking fee forreturned new items and 25% restocking charge if used or not in new condition (including manufacturer’s boxes).

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The item must be shipped in all original packaging. All returns must be accompanied with the original packaging. Both refunds and item/s replacement are contingent upon inspection of items once we receive it.

This return policy does not apply when the damage is caused by accident, misuse or abuse, improper installation and handling, or to any product which has been opened, altered or tampered with in any way.

Under no circumstances will Exhibit Concepts, Inc. be liable for any expenses incurred by reason of use or sale of this product.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect a sales tax from all customers in the state of Florida. We generally charge 7% sales tax on any purchase inside the state of Florida. The sales tax charge will be adjusted according to the individual county sales tax regulations for purchases inside the state of Florida. If you live outside of the state of Florida, or we ship your product to a location outside of the state of Florida, we are not required to collect sales tax on your purchase. Tax Exempt customers must call in their orders and provide proof of tax exempt status.

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Dinner’s Club and payment by Wire Transfer. No C.O.D., no personal or company checks. All credit card orders will be shipped to the credit card billing address unless an alternate address is listed with the credit card. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Exhibit Concepts, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Exhibit Concepts, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Exhibit Concepts, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Exhibit Concepts, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
